The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) is set to close the registration window for the MPPSC State Service exam 2023 today, November 8, as per the official notification on mppsc.mp.gov.in.

Steps to Apply:

  1. Visit the official website, mppsc.mp.gov.in.
  2. On the homepage, navigate to 'Apply Online' and select the SSE form.
  3. Register and complete the form with accurate details.
  4. Proceed to make the requisite fee payment and submit the form.
  5. Download the confirmation page and retain a hard copy for future reference.

Scheduled on December 17, 2023, the MPPSC State Service preliminary exam will span two sessions, from 10AM to noon and from 2.15PM to 4.15PM. Applicants will be able to edit their application form till November 10, 2023. Furthermore, the MPPSC State Service preliminary exam 2023 admit cards are slated for release by December 8, 2023.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must fall within the age range of 21 to 33 years for uniformed posts, while for other positions, the age bracket extends from 21 years to 40 years, effective January 1, 2024. However, candidates belonging to reserved categories enjoy relaxed upper age limits. Additionally, all applicants must hold a bachelor's degree from a government-recognised university.

Fee Structure:

A non-refundable registration fee of ₹500 is mandatory for all applicants. Reserved category candidates, however, will be required to pay a fee of ₹250. For select positions, a Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) will be held and then a physical interview will be conducted.
