Coke Studio Bangla’s latest release ‘Ma Lo Ma’ is an ode to life

Shayan Chowdhury Arnob delivers yet another powerful number as a music producer

Coke Studio Bangla’s latest release is an introspective song. Titled Ma Lo Ma, the song is an ode to life and takes you on a journey of self discovery. Produced by Shayan Chowdhury Arnob, the melodious number is sung by Shagor Dewan and Arif Dewan, with a rap portion by Aly Hasan. The music video is also co-produced by Pritom Hasan.

Ma Lo Ma is the second song of the third season. The first song was an ode to the Tatis (handloom weavers) of Bengal. The new song has been penned by Md Khalek Dewan. 

“#MALOMA embodies the realisation that life is a journey where the inevitability of adulting and nostalgia work as two sides of a coin. As we grow up, there comes a time echoing the question: “What am I doing here?” But within this very questioning lies the potential for a beautiful transformation — a self-acceptance that allows us to bloom even in the most demanding seasons” — Coke Studio Bangla’s poetic narration is as lyrical as the song.
