Roads to avoid
Mayo Road from 11 am. Confederation of West Bengal Trade Association will observe a hungerstrike near the Gandhi statue to protest VAT and other issues. Shyambazar five-point crossing to Raj Bhavan from noon. Traders will form a human chain as part of the protest programme.
