Los Angeles, July 10 (AFP): Renee Zellweger, who received an Oscar nomination for her role in the musical Chicago last year, has reportedly agreed to star alongside Oscar-winner Russell Crowe in a new film called Cinderella Man.

Her latest deal includes an agreement to star in a sequel to the hit Bridget Jones’ Diary, the industry paper Variety reported. The contract for both films was put at $21 million. Set in Depression-era US, Crowe will play a boxer who beats a record and defeats heavyweight champion Max Baer in 1935 in a 15-round fight, the paper said.
