London: Mohammed Kaif was the top-scorer for Derbyshire against Worcestershire in a County championship tie in Worcester on Tuesday.
Kaif scored 31 before he was trapped leg-before by Australia’s Matt Mason, who took five for 43.
Replying to Derbyshire’s first innings 163, Worcestershire made 136 for six at close of play on Day I of a Division II match.
Yuvraj Singh (7) failed as Yorkshire made 340 for six against Durham on Day I at Chester-le-Street. Virender Sehwag was resting a back injury as Leicestershire made 320 on Day I against Sussex. (PTI)
