CSA, Rishra enter final

Calcutta Sports Association (CSA) and Rishra Swimming Club moved into the final of the 49th Centennial water polo tournament being held at the College Square. While CSA beat ILSS 8-3, Rishra Swimming Club edged out Central Swimming Club 7-6.

Kodalia prevail

Kodalia Prasanabanga High School and Agarpara Mahajati Vidypith won their matches in the Calcutta leg of the Anandabazar Cup on Thursday.

While Kodalia beat Chowbaga High School 3-0, the Agarpara team thrashed Bansberia High School 5-1. Sankar Oran scored a hattrick for Agarpara Mahajati Vidyapith.

Indoor meet

Norenco and CESC won their matches in the second corporate indoor cricket meet at the Space Circle Thursday. While Norenco beat Price Waterhouse Coopers, CESC downed the British High Commission.
