Sushrutnagar, Feb. 21: The Kamtapur People’s Party today said it has formed an electoral alliance with the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and announced that it would jointly contest in all seven Lok Sabha constituencies of north Bengal.
Speaking to reporters here today, KPP spokesperson Atul Roy said the two organisations have decided to field candidates in all seven constituencies.
“We have decided to contest the forthcoming polls jointly in north Bengal. However, we are yet to finalise the candidates or how we will be sharing the seats,” Roy said.
