New Delhi, Feb. 21: BusinessWorld is organising a series of learning events across the country an initiative it kicked off last week with a day-long seminar where the head honchos of leading Indian companies jaw-jawed about the best practices they adopt to turn their outfits into Great Workplaces.
The seminar, which was held in Mumbai and will be held in Bangalore and New Delhi on February 25 and 27 respectively, has been organised along with Grow Talent Company Ltd.
Robert Levering, co-founder of the Great Place to Work Institute of the US, specially flew into India from San Francisco to address the seminar.
Participants at the seminar shared insights from the Intensive Great Workplaces study conducted by Grow Talent and the Great Place to Work Institute of the US in partnership with BusinessWorld, the business magazine that belongs to the ABP group.
The Great Place to Work Institute is engaged in identifying, and creating great workplaces. It has been conducting studies in 23 countries for several years, including the US and the UK. The results of the first-ever Indian study were published in a special issue of BusinessWorld in September last year.
