London, Dec. 5 (AFP): David Beckham?s butler has quit, raising concerns that he might spill closely-guarded secrets about the England captain?s private life, British newspapers reported today.

The News of the World and The People said John Giles-Larkin, 29, left Beckham?s household on Friday after two years, apparently fed up with the demands of his pop singer wife Victoria. Giles-Larkin?s wife Nikki, who also worked for the Beckhams, resigned as well, the two tabloids said.

?Victoria is now paranoid that John will talk to the press,? the News of the World quoted a source as saying. Giles-Larkin ?managed the household, cooked, cleaned and arranged parties? at the Beckhams? Hertfordshire mansion.
