Chief minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee will inaugurate Bangla Kobita Utsab, a poetry festival, at Pablo Neruda Mancha, Rabindra Sadan campus, 5 pm.

Campaign

An inter-college debate on ?Communalism hinders emancipation of women? at Jadavpur University, 3 pm. Street plays on ?Impact of Communal Violence on Women? at Shyambazar, Behala and Tiljala, from 10 am to 11am, and at Moulali, Gariahat and Esplanade from noon to 1 pm. A photo exhibition on women and disabilities/communal iolence at Indian Museum, 4 pm to 8 pm.

Theatre

A Midsummer Night?s Dream, directed by Brian Russo, will be staged at Loreto College, 5.30 pm.

Skill test

A free skill test on customer experience programme and language skills by Launcherz at 12/1/9, Manoharpukur Road, (behind Shishu Mangal), 10 am to 7 pm.
