We mainly select from the tier-two B?schools. Both management trainees as well as executive trainees are selected for various functions across the country.

For mid-career recruitment we use newspaper advertisements and references.

Terms

Our probation period is of six months? duration and our retirement age is 58 years.

Postings/ transfers

Our employees could be posted or transferred anywhere in India. We have a network of over 60 branches including Delhi, Calcutta, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Bhubaneswar, Raipur, Lucknow, Kanpur, etc.
