Jishu Dasgupta shows his artistes, Indrani Halder and Sudip Mukherjee, how he wants ?the look?, in Tithir Atithi

Everybody is in a tearing hurry at the Santoshpur Stadium that houses Jishu Dasgupta?s floors and office. On the ground floor, associate director Dibakar Mukherjee is racing through shots for Chunni Panna and on the first floor, associate director Babun Dasgupta is doing ditto for Tithir Atithi. Quick and smooth teamwork. Shortly, Big Boss Jishu Dasgupta strides in and, with an eagle eye for detail, ticks off an artiste here and a technician there for a lack of detail, and the clicking of heels is immediately more visible than audible.

It?s the day before Bhalodadu and Bhalodida?s 50th marriage anniversary and the party preparations are in full swing. Sudip Mukherjee?s real-life marriage is also the following week and he is pushing for overtime work and speed as he will be taking a break to get wed. Kaushik Sen, after his last take before lunch break, literally sprints to his car and whooshes away to catch up with his stage show. The ever-smiling Indrani Halder keeps showing the watch to Jishu and also vanishes into the blue (hot afternoon orange, actually) as she?s already late for an ad shoot. But not before taking potshots at Jishu?s dress for the occasion ?influenced by Ramoji Rao?.
