Chandigarh, April 1: Thousands turned out to pay homage to Haryana ministers .P. Jindal and Surender Singh, who died in a helicopter crash yesterday.

Jindal was cremated with full state honours at Hisar and Singh?s last rites were held in his village, Golagarh, in Bhiwani.

The duo was killed along with T.S. Chauhan, the pilot of Jindal?s private helicopter, near Saharanpur.

Sources said Singh?s father, former chief minister Bansi Lal, is still in a state of shock while mother Vidya is undergoing treatment.
