Recruitment policy for management trainees

Management trainees are recruited from institutes such as Symbiosis Institute of Telecom Management and software engineer trainees from various engineering colleges in south India. We also do campus recruitment.

Mid-career recruitment

We use consultants, advertisements, networking and employee referrals.

Terms

Terms of employment are specific to individual openings. We do use contract employees for specific tasks.

Postings/ transfers

At our Bangalore office since the actual product development takes place there. We have sales/marketing and support offices in Beijing, Denver, London and Ot-tawa. We do not transfer technical employees to these locations since development takes place only in Bangalore. However, our technical teams often visit client locations across the globe for client meetings, etc.
