Recruitment policy for management trainees

We normally recruit management trainees from among students who do their summer projects. Those whose project reports are found to be good are taken in as management trainees. We also visit technical schools where students receive practical training.

Mid-career recruitment

Mid-career recruitments are done on the basis of the candidates? experience. We also see their mindset and how they would fit into our set-up. We do take the help of consultants.

Terms

We have contractual employment and the retirement age is 60 .

Postings/ transfers

Employees are likely to be posted at the factory or at the headquarters or the branch offices that are located in Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai. We do transfer personnel to our group companies as and when needed.
