Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management trainees and hotel operation trainees by visiting various campuses. We have started recruiting management students with specialisation in marketing.

Mid-career recruitment

We use our contacts (references) and advertise in newspapers (job supplements). We have an active HR department where CVs are screened. This is followed by personal interviews. We use our contacts to recruit candidates in Delhi and Calcutta.

Terms

Employees get the benefits of PF, gratuity, medical, etc with a proper incentive scheme (subject to the type of job profile). We have permanent as well as contractual services. The retirement age is 58 years.

Postings/ transfers

Employees can be posted anywhere in Calcutta, New Delhi and Goa.
