Recruitment policy for management and engineering trainees

Management and engineering trainees are recruited centrally by our corporate office. We do visit various management and engineering institutes.

Mid-career recruitment

A large part of our recruitment has been at mid-lateral levels. We take the help of consultants to recruit good candidates. In specific cases, we place ads in newspapers. We also encourage our employees to refer candidates to openings in the company.

Terms

Once a person joins the company, he or she will be confirmed on successful completion of a six-month probation period. The retirement age is 60 years.

Postings/ transfers

In the East, Tata Teleservices operates in the states/telecom circles of West Bengal, Orissa, Bihar and Jharkhand. Employees can be posted at any of these places.
