Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management trainees on the basis of information provided by our own contacts. We also get profiles from management institutes, select a few candidates and call them for interviews. The final selection is made from shortlisted candidates. We also induct some management students from various colleges for summer training, some of whom finally get selected after their graduation.

Mid-career recruitment

Normally, we do not recruit mid-career professionals. But when needed, we use our sources to recruit them.

Postings/ transfers

The employees are posted either in cities or in our units located in semi-urban areas. All recruits are transferable, either intra-location or inter-company.

Terms

All our employees are permanent. The retirement age is 58. However, extensions take place depending on particular cases.
