We are looking at B-schools to recruit people for our marketing department.

Mid-career recruitment

Although we don?t encourage mid-career recruitment, we do advertise in newspapers and use placement agencies extensively.

Postings/ transfers

Our employees are posted only in Calcutta. Although we have branches in other cities such as Mumbai, Baroda, Pune, Ahmedabad and Dhaka, we usually do not transfer our employees to other branches.
