Recruitment policy for management trainees

We have a robust management trainee plan. In 2005, we hired a batch of 15 trainees from various institutes in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.

Mid-career recruitment

We use recruitment websites, employee referrals, our existing database and manpower consultants for this. We have a team of four experienced consultants in the Talent Acquisition Division.

We have standard employment terms.

Special facilities

Our HR calendar for the year includes internal workshops, open house forums, induction and training programmes and quarterly reward schemes. We even sponsor our employees for training programmes and they are eligible for an attractive incentive plan if they achieve targets.
