Recruitment policy for management trainees

We don?t recruit management trainees. Candidates are selected on the basis of their work experience and performance.

Mid-career recruitment

This is done through advertisements and internal referrals. Interested candidates may e-mail their CVs or submit them online on our website.

Terms

The terms of employment are mentioned in the employment contract. Candidates have to undergo a six-month probation period initially.

Postings/ transfers

New recruits can be shifted to any unit in and around Calcutta depending on our requirements. They can also be transferred from one company to another, depending on our business needs.
