Yes, it’s possible only if you are Aishwarya Rai. J. Murli Manohar, the producer of Provoked, took the film to Chennai where Ash was shooting for Mani Ratnam’s Guru for her approval.

Fireworks or chemistry?

What chemistry the two still share! Lots of fire still in it ? yes, between Amrita Arora and Upen Patel, but that’s the fire of hatred now. Though their relationship is long dead, Amrita has never missed an opportunity to show Upen down in public. Earlier, she has been quoted bad-mouthing Upen, but this time she snubbed him nice and proper in front of the gaping media. Both were invited to give away awards at the Sabse Favourite Kaun Awards. Upen was exchanging pleasantries with Arbaaz who was accompanying sis-in-law Amrita. But when the photographers wanted to click them together Amu simply brushed past them in a huff saying, ‘No way!’ Now that was an insult no doubt and left Upen quite speechless. Amu didn’t deny her move, saying it might or might not have been what it looked like. But she doesn’t acknowledge him in public after their break-up. As for Upen, he was too angry to even react.

Kya karega Qazi?

Though TV made Qazi Touqeer he had made it very clear right then that being a TV star was not what interested him. So when Sony approached him to act in an important role in their serial, CID, he declined. Unlike Abhijeet Sawant or some other contestants and winners who gladly accepted whatever was offered to them by Sony, Qazi has it very clear as to what he really wants. Doing bit roles in television might mar his chance of getting on to the bigscreen and that’s what concerns him most. He doesn’t mind performing in television shows, but acting is a big no-no. So turned down by their own star at the last moment Sony had to request Kabir Sadanand to fill in. Kya karega Qazi? Dekha, na?

Looks like we are finally entering the Hollywood league with Rakesh Roshan’s Krrish. Now we’ll have our very own Superman-Batman-Spiderman rolled into one, displaying all those superpowers that had our eyes glued to the Hollywood movies for decades. A sequel to Koi... Mil Gaya, Hrithik as we all know is the next generation to have inherited the superpower from his father. The film has Hrithik performing some amazing stunts which Roshan claims have not been done in Hollywood leave alone India. The action director is an expert in cable work from China, Tony Ching Siu Tung, and his special effects team of Koi...Mil Gaya, Marc Kolbe and Craig Mumma, have made his dream movie come true. The movie has some mindboggling action and SFX.

Not just a long-haired, black-robed, amazingly powerful hero standing between the mad power-hungry scientist Naseeruddin Shah and his destructive dreams, Krrish is more than just a braveheart. There is romance and he has a love interest in Priyanka Chopra. What’s more, he also hangs from above and kisses her upside down. Spiderman 2, anyone?
