Calcutta: Mohun Bagan SAIL Football Academy team entered the semi-finals of the Nike Under-15 Manchester United Premier Cup tournament, after registering victories over the academy sides of The Philippines and Singapore at Bangkok.

According to the information received here, Mohun Bagan colts beat The Philippines 4-0 before getting past Singapore 2-0 to top Group B in the Asian round of the tournament.

Mohun Bagan will now take on Malaysia in the semis on Sunday.

The Mohun Bagan side is coached by Shyamal Banerjee.
