I am an Indian American woman astronaut. I have been selected by NASA as a backup crew for one of its space missions (International Space Station Expedition 10). I am a helicopter pilot, a test pilot and test pilot instructor and will be a first time flier into space if the backup crew is needed. I graduated from the US Naval Academy in 1998.Who am I?
