Calcutta, July 18: The Advertising Club Calcutta has set up its governing committee for 2006-07.

Sidhartha Roy from Response has become the president and Sumit Ray from Tata Steel is the vice-president of the club. Anirban Datta from Times of India is the honorary secretary. Sandip Chaudhuri from Ontrack Systems would shoulder the responsibilities of the honorary treasurer.

The governing body includes Dinesh Jain from The Telegraph, Anurag Hira from Bates, Vivek Gupta from Sanmarg and Jahan Mehta from Selvel.

Around 800 club members, including corporate houses, selected the new committee.
