As of now, we don?t visit campuses for recruitment, but we intend to incorporate it in our new business strategy.

Mid-career recruitment

We prefer people coming through references. Our choice of a candidate is entirely based on his or her job experience and ?market reputation?, that is, feedback from the market.

We have general terms of employment.

Postings/ transfers

We have offices in Calcutta, Pondicherry and Ahmedabad. Normally we do not transfer candidates.

Our work is target-based. If our employees achieve the targets they get lucrative incentives.
