Sasken recruits project trainees, either from engineering colleges or from business schools.

Mid-career recruitment

Mid-career recruitment is done through consultancies, employee referral programmes and home-coming programmes.

Terms

Sasken doesn’t have a probation period. Employees undergo 17 weeks of training.

Postings/ transfers

The identification of employees to be posted or transferred depends on individual competencies.

Special facilities

We have a crèche, fitness centres, stress management sessions, health camps, medical centres at four of our centres, several leave facilities, flexitime policies, insurance benefits, etc.
