Orient rights issue
Orient Paper and Industries will consider options for raising equity capital, including issue of shares on rights basis, on October 5. The company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that a board meeting would be held on October 5 to consider options for raising the equity capital, including issue of rights shares. Shares of the company were trading at Rs 587 on the BSE.
IOB scheme
