Whom to watch: Meryl Streep, Aidan Quinn, Gloria Estefan and Angela Bassett star in this inspiring movie.

It’s about: A chance to celebrate Halloween in your own spooky way with special Halloween episodes of popular serials. That ’70s Show pays an Alfred Hitchcock style tribute as the gang parody some of his best movies like Psycho, The Birds and Vertigo. In Everybody Loves Raymond, Debra and Ray plan for a Halloween romance that goes awry. But the steal of the show is The Simpsons: Halloween Marathon, where the best of spooky Simpsons promise to bring in the funniest, scariest and weirdest of Halloweens Bart, Homer and company.

Princess Diaries 2

It’s about: Mia Thermopolis is now a college graduate and on her way to Genovia to take up her duties as a princess. Her best friend Lilly also joins her for the summer. Mia continues her ‘princess lessons,’ but her life is turned upside down when she not only learns that she is to take the crown as queen earlier than expected, but that she is also to be married before the event.
Whom to watch: A sequel to Princess Diaries, this movie stars Anne Hathway as the ‘urban’ princess and Julie Andrews is back in the delightful role of her ever-doting grandmother who has the task of turning her into a ‘real princess.’

It’s about: Casanova takes viewers from the decadent streets of the 18th century Venice to the salons of pre-revolution Paris, and on to the London courts of George III, until a trip to Naples finally breaks Casanova’s heart.

Whom to watch: David Tennat (Harry Potter fame) and Laura Fraser (Vanilla Sky fame) star in the lead.
