We recruit trainees from engineering and other professional institutions.

Mid-career recruitment

We generally promote employees to higher ranks. In absence of the necessary talent, we take the help of placement consultants/head hunters, advertise in papers and job portals and use our contacts.

Terms

We recruit people on both permanent and contractual basis. The retirement age is 58 years.

Postings/transfers

Generally, all entry-level engineering graduates are posted at our different plants based in Durgapur, Ranigunj and Rourkela. If required, inter-plant transfers do occur.
