Calcutta: India emerged champions in the second Commonwealth Archery Championship in Jamshedpur bagging five gold, two silver and one bronze medals.

According to information received here, out of the eight golds at stake, India bagged top spots in recurve and compound individual women, recurve and compound team event and recurve men’s team event. Australia finished second.
