We have a sizeable campus intake from reputed engineering institutes like IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi, ISI Calcutta, Jadavpur University and NIT Rourkela.

Mid-career recruitment

We mainly use reputed job portals, employee referrals and advertise in newspapers. At times, we also use the services of placement consultants.

Terms

All selected candidates are offered direct employment with the organisation. Our retirement age is 58 years.

Postings/ transfers

Usually employees are posted at our development centre in Calcutta. Occasionally, we do depute employees to one of our group companies.
