Rail line blaze

Jalpaiguri, Dec. 20: A blaze and black smoke on train tracks leading to New Jalpaiguri sta- tion created panic this morning. In 2004, the KLO had blasted Oil India’s Guwahati-Barauni pipeline nearby. Today’s fire was far less serious — a matchstick or bidi butt set afire crude oil that could have spilled when the pipeline was shifted after the blast.

Boy killed
