Mumbai, Jan. 5 (PTI): Unperturbed by the rising inflation, RBI governor Y.V. Reddy today said: “Inflation, by and large, is on the expected lines,” he told reporters here.

The economy’s growth has been strong and the RBI would come out with a detailed analysis during the third quarter review of the monetary policy on January 31.

On inflation expectations, Reddy said the RBI would stick to its previously announced range of 5-5.5 per cent.
