New Delhi, Feb. 23: The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the state on a plea questioning the move to change the route of the proposed 366-km East-West Corr-idor from Dalkhola in North Dinajpur to the Assam border. Officially, the corridor was shifted from Dooars to Jalpaiguri to save wildlife.
