Terms

We have a defined recruitment policy for various levels. Each new employee is put on probation for six months and we have a performance evaluation system to assess their performance.

Postings/ transfers

Our project sites are located in these regions and the postings are also confined to these: north-east (Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Silchar and Aizwal), Bihar (Sasaram and Patna) and West Bengal (Burdwan, Haldia and Calcutta).
