Based on the NRC (National Research Council) ranking, the top universities, which offer bachelors degrees in clinical psychology are the University of California, San Diego (11th), Teachers College, Columbia University (16th), Indiana State University (19th), Ohio State University (21st) and the University of California, Santa Barbara (51st).

American universities require a GRE and a TOEFL score for admission to a graduate course. Some universities also ask for the GRE subject score for masters, so check the requirements of the universities before applying.
