Recruitment policy for management trainees

We hire management trainees through employee referrals and are now planning to visit campuses.

Mid-career recruitment

In case of junior and mid-level management positions, we prefer to hire candidates from similar industry with a proven track record. We advertise in leading publications and also utilise placement consultants.

Terms

All new employees are on probation for six months. The retirement age is 58 years. We prefer to hire permanent employees only.

Postings/ transfers

Our HQ is in Calcutta and we have 16 branch offices across the country. We don’t effect inter-branch transfers. Occasionally, some of the employees have been transferred.
