Mid-career recruitment

Candidates are recruited through consultancies, job portals and advertisements. We also rely on personal referrals for senior-level recruitments.

Terms

There is a six-month probation period for all. Employees are on our permanent payrolls. We don’t offer contracts. Management trainees are also trained for six months to one year. Retirement is at 58 years.

Postings/ transfers

We operate from Calcutta and new locations are coming up shortly in Mumbai, New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Dimapur. Transfer is based on the needs of the company and individual talent.
