Yes, It is a good idea to restrict the number of JEE (medical) attempts. This will mean that only talented youngsters will be able to become doctors.

No. there should be no age limit for taking the JEE (medical). Anyone who is really interested and passionate about medicine, should be allowed to sit for the exam, irrespective of his or her age.

Yes. I believe that anyone who takes the JEE (medical) more than two times is simply trying their luck. Allowing indefinite attempts means that students fresh out of school are being discriminated against.
