Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit people (graduates / postgraduates and even undergraduates) for our clients in hospitality, BPO / KPO industry, FMCG and BFSI services. The typical job profiles we recruit for are in sales and the back office. These employees are on TeamLease rolls deployed to client sites for fixed duration assignments.

Terms

The assignments typically range from six months to one year. The employee gets the salary decided by the client organisation while we ensure statutory benefits like PF and ESI. We also provide accident and medical insurance to all employees. After completion of the assignment, TeamLease places the candidate at another client location.

Postings/ transfers

Posting is at client locations agreed upon by the candidate. Transfers might also take place.

Special facilities

They get all the facilities which the client offers its permanent employees.
