New Delhi, Aug. 30 (PTI): A gutka pouch was found on the treasury benches during a discussion on a bill for pictorial warnings on cigarette packets and other tobacco products in the Lok Sabha today.

The pouch, apparently left behind by an MP, was discovered by junior HRD minister M.A.A. Fatmi.

Members deplored the act of carrying tobacco into the House.
