New Delhi, Sept. 15: SAIL has entered into a pact with il&fs Infrastructure Development Corporation (IIDC) to develop a steel sector special economic zone at Salem in Tamil Nadu. According to the agreement, sail will provide land for the project and iidc will provide advisory and other related services.

Kozhikode, Sept. 15: The Forward Markets Commission has said banning futures trading will be the last resort. “Instead, we will go in for additional regulatory measures to curb undesirable manipulations in on-line trading,” director Shivanand S. Ajur said.
