Return-leg derby on Nov. 2

The second phase of the Sahara CFL Premier Division will kick off on September 20 with the Mohun Bagan-George Telegraph match. According to IFA secretary Utpal Ganguly, arch-rivals East Bengal and Mohun Bagan will lock horns in the return-leg derby on November 2.

Bagan, who top the table with 17 points from seven outings, will play Mohammedan Sporting in the closing match on November 13.

Meanwhile, the IFA has decided not to permit any of the big three clubs to participate in the Durand Cup, scheduled to start from October 29.
