Calcutta: The CAB is planning a Twenty20 tournament for the local clubs. A proposal has been made by the tournament committee and the working committee will decide shortly. According to the proposal, 18 teams — the top two teams from each group in the first and second division — will vie for honours. The format hasn’t been finalised.
