Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit freshers from institutes offering programmes in management, economics, statistics, IT and engineering. This year, we are looking at IIMs, NITIE and Amity during our campus drive.

We have a strong in-house recruitment team, which is aided by external consultants.

Terms

Headquartered in San Francisco (SFO), we have two offices in Delhi. Transfer is possible depending on the skill set match for the opening.

Postings / transfers

All employees are taken on the rolls of the company as permanent employees. We have a three-month probation period.

Special facilities

We offer flexitime and laptops for many of our employees. A cab facility from one office to another as well as a few central locations of pick-up are provided.

There are positions for business development in our SFO office. In our Delhi offices, there are positions ranging from analysts to managers. A few positions in HR and IT are also available.
