We do take in freshers as trainees.

Mid-career recruitment

Experienced candidates with relevant qualifications are taken on from time to time.

Terms

The probation period is six months, after which an appraisal of the candidate’s performance is made and salary revision or promotion takes place.

Postings and transfers depend on the company requirements and the skill-sets of the employee concerned.

Special facilities

We provide free lunch and dinner and bus services to our employees. Mobile phone bills and travel expenses are also reimbursed on the basis of an employee’s grade. Free health check-ups are also provided periodically to all employees.
