Tollywood hero Jeet celebrated three things close to his heart, all in one evening.

A star-studded party at Tangerine Banquets in Silver Spring on November 30 marked Jeet’s birthday (no, the number of candles did not give away his age!), the launch of his official website, and also an NGO started by his fans. The NGO Saathi Tomar has been founded by the Jeet Fan Club, which is sponsoring the education of three underprivileged boys.

Jeet’s growing fan following has also prompted him to float a platform for them to meet their hero, up close and personal. “My fans want to know more about me and so we thought of the website. Here, they can reach me 24x7,” said the leading man of Krishnakanter Will even as veteran co-actor Soumitra Chatterjee clicked open www.jeetonline.com.

Then, flanked by family members and co-star Swastika Mukherjee, Jeet cut the cake while Usha Uthup sang the birthday jingle in trademark style. “I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone, from spotboys to producers,” smiled Jeet.

After dinner, the birthday boy hit the dance floor flanked by Babul Supriyo, Parambrata Chatterjee, Shankar Chakraborty and Vivek Trivedi. Also spotted at the bash were Debashree Roy, June, Sudipta Chakraborty, Harsh Neotia, Agnimitra Paul, Prabhat Roy, Biresh Chatterjee and Riingo.
