Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit freshers from institutes such as NIFT, NIFD and WLC but not through campus interviews. We usually advertise in newspapers and on Naukri.com.

Mid-career recruitment

We use all available channels, that is, newspaper advertisements, job portals, consultants or headhunters and employee referrals. We also use our contacts in the industry.

Terms

We do not have a contractual system and the retirement age is 58. We are an equal opportunities employer.

Postings / transfers

Apart from salespersons, our employees are usually posted at our head office in Howrah.

Special facilities

No special facilities as such but we offer an open work environment and a flat organisation structure.

At present we are looking for a retail manager (who would have to look after Northern India), merchandisers, logistics co-ordinator, sales officers (for Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharasthra, Pune, Goa and the Northeast) and computer operators with good communication skills.
