We use jobsites, referrals, contacts in the industry, advertisements and placement consultants.

Terms

The training period varies from six months to a year for graduate / diploma engineers and MBAs. Employees are confirmed after six months. Increment and other rewards are decided on the basis of annual appraisal.

Every position in the organisation is transferable as per requirement to meet business demands.
